Baratei — the steakhouse behind the Baratie (Kumamoto)
薔薇亭
Oda washed dishes at a Baratei steakhouse in high school — and the Baratie, Sanji's floating restaurant, is named after it.

As a teenager in Kumamoto, Eiichiro Oda worked part-time as a dishwasher at Baratei, a teppanyaki steakhouse (by his own telling he broke a lot of plates). He tweaked the name into "Baratie" for the sea restaurant where Luffy meets Sanji. The original branch is gone, but this Baratei in the Shimotori arcade has become a fan pilgrimage stop, with Oda artwork reported on its walls.
