Chopper Chopper Chopper: Welcome to Chopper’s Party takes place December 5–6, 2026, at MIYASHITA PARK in Shibuya, Tokyo. Admission is free, but you need to apply for a timed-entry lottery through the ONE PIECE BASE app.

Announced and checked October 30, 2026. All event and application times below are Japan Standard Time.

Dates, hours and location

  • Dates: Saturday, December 5, and Sunday, December 6, 2026.
  • Hours: 10 a.m.–7 p.m. each day; closing time may change with event progress.
  • Venue: MIYASHITA PARK South 1F, Park in Park.
  • Address: 6-20-10 Jingumae, Shibuya-ku, Tokyo 150-0001.
  • Organizer: Toei Animation.
  • Admission: Free through advance lottery.

The official October 30 announcement brings together Chopper from the manga, anime and live-action series in one themed event. This is a temporary two-day experience.

How to apply for free tickets

Apply by November 11, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. JST. Applications opened October 30 at noon. Results are planned for November 13, although the organizer notes that timing may change.

  1. Open the official ONE PIECE BASE app.
  2. Register a BASE CREW account and Bandai Namco ID.
  3. Find the event’s application page and select the available day and time options.
  4. If selected, show the admission-ticket screen in the app to staff at the venue.

The rules limit applications to one account per person. Admission rights cannot be transferred or resold. Children under 16 attending with an adult must be registered as companions through an applicant aged 16 or older.

Both days use designated time slots. Free admission does not mean unrestricted walk-in entry.

December 5 vs. December 6: which day fits your visit?

December 5 centers on stage programming, alongside exhibitions and food. Stage viewing has separate lottery slots for four stage programs, and applicants can rank up to four preferences. Selected stage attendees can also enter the Day 1 venue.

There is a practical tradeoff: the organizer warns that displays may be difficult or impossible to view on Day 1 because of the stage-focused setup.

December 6 focuses on exhibitions and booths, with food and drinks. If your priority is seeing the displays, keep that stated difference in mind when selecting your application.

What is planned inside?

The announced attractions include Chopper-themed displays, special greetings, collaboration food and drinks, a talk show and a quiz stage. The displays bring together different versions of Chopper across the franchise.

Menus, individual food prices and a detailed guest lineup were not provided in the announcement reviewed. Follow the official event page for those additions before planning a purchase or a specific stage visit.

Can you watch online?

Selected December 5 stage content is planned for the official One Piece YouTube channel. The talk show is scheduled for streaming, but the quiz stage will not be livestreamed. An online broadcast does not provide access to venue greetings, exhibits or food.

Planning a Shibuya visit

Keep your ticket available in the app and follow the assigned arrival time. The organizer’s announcement does not establish a guaranteed greeting with Chopper for every visitor.
