What is ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet?

It's a cozy restaurant management game made by Kairosoft, the studio behind Game Dev Story and Cafeteria Nipponica. You run the Baratie No. 2: gather ingredients, cook with Sanji, build meal sets and decorate the restaurant to bring in customers.

What can you do in it?

  • Cook One Piece dishes. Pick ingredients and work with Sanji on recipes like Water-Water Meat BBQ and Sea King Penne Gorgonzola, plus dishes inspired by Devil Fruit powers. You find more recipes on adventures.
  • Meet 400+ characters. Over 400 One Piece characters show up as staff and customers, all in pixel art, a first for a One Piece game. Some have their own character events.
  • Decorate. Choose from 200+ furniture and decor items, including Whole Cake Island and Egghead themes. Characters who like your style become regulars.

Platforms and price

  • Nintendo Switch / Switch 2: Nintendo eShop
  • PC: Steam ($19.99)
  • iPhone / iPad: App Store
  • Android: Google Play

The Steam version supports English, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Thai and several European languages (text only).

Why fans are excited

The Baratie is where Luffy met Sanji, and the name comes from a real place: the Baratei steakhouse in Kumamoto, where Eiichiro Oda worked as a teenager. You can still eat at Baratei in Kumamoto today, which makes for a fun real-life stop after playing.
