Hobonichi x One Piece 2027: Planners, Covers & Buying Guide
Compare Hobonichi's 2027 One Piece planners, Japanese and English options, covers and stationery, with Japan prices and official buying links.
Hobonichi × ONE PIECE magazine’s 2027 collection launched on October 1, 2026, with daily planners, Going Merry covers, an English-language Weeks option and matching stationery.
The formats have different interiors. The A6 Original and HON contain the special Japanese One Piece pages; the Weeks has a One Piece cover with standard Hobonichi weekly pages. This guide explains the sizes, language options and Japan prices before you order.

The 2027 planners: Original, HON and Weeks
A6 Original: the Japanese One Piece daily book
The 2027 Japanese Original Book: One Piece Edition costs ¥3,410. It has one page per day, a Monday-start calendar and daily pages for January 1–December 31, 2027.
The special interior includes manga illustrations, daily quotations and character birthdays known through Volume 113. December adds quotations from Eiichiro Oda for the first time in this collaboration. The book is Japanese, even when you buy it through Hobonichi’s English website.
This is the red A6 book. A separate compatible cover is an additional purchase.
A6 HON Very Very Merry!: the special book in a hardcover
The Very Very Merry! HON costs ¥3,960. It contains the same Japanese One Piece interior as the Original, inside an orange hardcover woven with Going Merry motifs.
The HON can be used as a complete planner without buying a separate fabric cover. Its pattern placement varies between individual books.
Weeks Very Very Merry!: English or Japanese
The Very Very Merry! Weeks is the narrow weekly format, with the orange Going Merry fabric cover:
- Japanese Weeks: ¥3,520.
- English Weeks: ¥3,630.
Both use the standard Weeks interior. The English Weeks does not contain the special daily One Piece quotations or the Japanese One Piece bonus pages. Its weekly spreads run from November 30, 2026–January 2, 2028.
That makes language and layout separate decisions: choose a daily Japanese One Piece book, or a weekly planner with an English option and One Piece cover.
Going Merry Go! and Episode 1000 covers
The new covers come in two designs and two sizes. The prices below are cover-only prices, rather than a planner-and-cover set.
- Going Merry Go!: embroidered ship design. A6 Original cover, ¥5,390; A5 Cousin cover, ¥6,490.
- Episode 1000: Chapter 1000 manuscript artwork, with a printed clear Cover on Cover layered over the cover. A6 Original cover, ¥5,390; A5 Cousin cover, ¥6,490.
An A5 One Piece cover does not mean there is an A5 version of the special One Piece daily book. The special daily book is A6. For cover-and-book sets, check the selected book’s size and language separately.
The special books and some stationery contain later-manga artwork and quotations. This guide avoids reproducing those story details.
New stationery and accessories
The 2027 range also includes the following items:
- Everyday Scenes pencil boards: A6 ¥600; A5 ¥770; Weeks ¥660.
- Imu’s Mysterious Sticky Notes: ¥500.
- One Piece Sticker Set, Daily / SUPER!!!: ¥770.
- A6 Clear Folder Set of 3: ¥880.
- DON! Small Drawer Pouch: ¥5,280, listed in the official collection.
Pencil boards are sold by planner size. An A6 board, A5 board and Weeks board are different products.
Returning One Piece designs
Hobonichi’s One Piece collection page also lists continuing designs alongside the new releases. These include earlier covers, stamps, index stickers and other desk accessories.
Examples linked from the 2027 product pages include Straw Hat Luffy (Black), Ace, Sabo, Luffy, Banquet, Chopper’s Techo First Aid Kit Stickers, Pirate Flag Index Stickers, the DON!! stamp and a rotating stamp. These are continuing items, rather than all-new October 2026 announcements. Check the individual listing for the size, price and availability.
Where to buy
The September 25 launch announcement from Hobonichi set the main release for October 1, 2026 at 11 a.m. JST. Its Japan sales channels include the Hobonichi online store, Hobonichi Techo Store Tokyo Station branch, TOBICHI Tokyo and Kyoto, Loft, Amazon and Rakuten.
The official One Piece advance notice also listed Mugiwara Stores and ONE PIECE BASE SHOP among planned retailers. Ranges and opening-time sales arrangements vary by shop. A listing in the launch announcement does not establish current stock at every branch.

The online-store bonus has ended
Hobonichi’s September 30 bonus notice says distribution of the January-start 2027 Hobonichi Online Store bonuses ended at the end of September. It specifically states that the One Piece Original, Weeks and HON launching in October do not include those bonuses.
Do not add a pen or charm to your expectations unless the retailer’s current offer explicitly includes it.
